What equipment do we use?
We have a fleet of the best DJI drones that aid us in our work. In addition we also have traditional DSLR cameras to capture shots at ground level.
How do I receive my final product?
Most of our jobs our jobs are digital files only and are transferred through one of our digital partners such as Dropbox. Flash drives are also an option for local jobs.
How much do your services cost?
Most is billed hourly based on the complexity of the job and location. Larger events that need special planning we charge as a whole or half day.
How does the billing process work?
A 50% down payment is requested at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to your event.
What is the standard turn around time?
Most standard jobs have a typical turn around time of 24-72 hours. More complicated jobs will require more time. For those special jobs, we discuss turn around time when quoting.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, check, or cash. Returning customers have the opportunity to be invoiced if they choose to set up an account.
